Profile RSS Feeds
- Current day only:
- All events:
Profile feed links can be found at the bottom of any event under admin for each profile
A couple of things to note regarding RSS feeds and Event Contents
- RSS Feeds are compatible with HTML inserted into an event description such as an image
- EXAMPLE CODE
- RESULTS
-
- RSS Feeds do not pick up images or videos using the
- Optional Photo (.jpg .png .gif)
- OR
- Video event field
- RSS Feeds do pick up embed codes like Flash/YouTube videos, but they will not display in your email campaign because they are not email compatible. Images like the above example do work.
- So you can still include them in an event and they shouldn't effect your campaign.
MONTHLY EVENT HIGHLIGHTS RSS FEED
I created a profile on my site for the purpose of having a monthly email sent out once a month that highlights certain events that I selected.
The profile I'm using is here
There is a bug that Ben is fixing as we speak that I encountered, when that is fixed I will create a post that focuses on this feature.
